A: All Mishti Makeup products on the market and in development phase follow a meticulous QC process and are formulated to strict standards. Although irritation is unlikely, if irritation does occur please discontinue use and email us at email@example.com

Q: Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
A: No, sorry but once you place an order it is final.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: Returns will be accepted only for items damaged during transit. If you happened to receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept your return if received within 30 days from the original purchase date. The return must be received back to the address listed below in the original packaging box, must contain photos of the issue and include the packing slip.

Q: What if my product is broken on arrival?
A: Less than 1% of our products are faulty, meaning that there is a less than 1 in 100 chance of your product arriving broken. If this occurs, please send us pictures of the faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement.
Q: I placed the wrong address in my order. How do I fix it?
A: Contact our customer service at email@example.com ASAP. Please note that if the package has already been sent, we are unable to do anything and you will need to repurchase the product.
Q: When will my package be delivered?
A: Please note that there are currently COVID-19 related delays with our deliveries. Deliveries to the USA are taking up to three weeks to arrive while those deliveries outside of the USA and Canada are taking approximately 30 days to arrive. Those within Canada will take up to two weeks (UPDATED JANUARY 2020)
Q: Are international customers responsible for paying customs duty and taxes?
A: Yes. You are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs.
As of Jan 1, 2021, UK customers will also be required to pay VAT on top of the purchase price.
